Rivian is seeking a Tech Lead to own the Vision-Language Models (VLM) strategy for the Autonomy stack. You will drive training, deployment, and evaluation of VLMs, extend multi-modality capabilities, and shape data mining and data-collection workflows with internal and external partners.
You will partner with Perception, Planning, and Calibration teams to translate vehicle feature requirements into ML deliverables, optimize performance, and influence system design decisions.
