Technology Support Analyst

Job Summary

The Technology Support Analyst will provide technology support for the Palo Alto office, overseeing software, hardware, infrastructure, and network services. The role requires on‑site presence Monday‑Friday 10:00am‑6:00pm and collaboration with the firm’s central technology team.

Palo Alto, CA – On site. Monday–Friday
10:00am–6:00pm.

• Respond to local and central telephone helpline, support tickets and e‑mail, log calls, and resolve or escalations as appropriate.
• Provide application support for local installations and Citrix‑based applications.
• Assemble, install, configure, test, image, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and peripherals.
• Assist attorneys with technology allowance purchases, laptop/desktop repairs, and remote site access.
• Maintain data room components, data closets, and troubleshoot networking issues with the Technology Manager/Supervisor.
• Support personnel moves, add‑ons, and changes; provide loaner equipment and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure security of the firm’s systems by following best practices and maintaining policies.
• Provide basic induction and software training based on global training modules.
• Maintain consistent, high‑level customer service and strong communication skills.
• Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting up to 10lb frequently and up to 50lb occasionally.
• Comply with firm operations, policies, and procedures and manage resources responsibly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and Mac environments, Net Documents, iPhone and other mobile devices, DTE, Litera Change Pro.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis, and interpretation skills to resolve problems.
• Basic understanding of hardware and software used for building security systems.
• Strong customer service skills and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Organize and prioritize work in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Work well independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to travel and adjust hours as needed.

High‑school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years related work experience, including two years of specialized technical training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The starting base salary for this position is $85,000–$95,000, with actual salary determined by skill, experience, and other job‑related factors.
