Our client is looking to hire a Staff Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity). This is a contract through the end of May 2027 with possibility of extension and will be worked in a hybrid capacity, requiring three days per week onsite in Palo Alto, CA
. This role must be worked on W2.
Technical Program Management – 8+ years
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-level technical programs end to end
- Strong cross-functional coordination, dependency management, prioritization, RAID tracking, and executive reporting
Enterprise IAM / Identity Security – 3+ years
- Direct experience delivering identity and/or security programs
- Working knowledge of SSO, federation (SAML/OIDC), SCIM provisioning, lifecycle management, and least-privilege access
Okta / Microsoft Entra Experience
- Direct experience running an enterprise IAM platform migration or consolidation involving Okta and/or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- This is especially important because the initial charter is the Microsoft Entra / Okta migration
