As a Product Growth hire, you'll own the creator side of a rapidly growing two-sided consumer platform. You'll be responsible for building the creator growth function nearly from scratch and identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
This is a highly cross-functional role combining product management, engineering, design, and data analytics. You'll have significant autonomy to identify opportunities, build prototypes, run experiments, work directly with users, and ship products that materially impact growth.
What You'll Do- Own product growth for the creator ecosystem from first visit through first published game and ongoing engagement
- Build the creator growth function from the ground up
- Identify high-leverage opportunities across creator acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
- Design and ship growth experiments that move key product metrics
- Use data analytics and direct user insights to identify product opportunities
- Analyze user behavior and translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Run A/B tests and evaluate experiment results
- Build instrumentation and analytics needed to measure product growth
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-powered coding and vibe-coding tools
- Build functional mockups and prototypes independently to validate ideas quickly
- Partner with front-end engineers to bring successful prototypes into production
- Work directly with creators to understand their workflows, needs, and pain points
- Engage with creator communities and gather qualitative product feedback
- Translate creator feedback into product improvements and growth experiments
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams
- Help shape product roadmap decisions based on growth opportunities
- Own growth initiatives from ideation through execution and measurement
- Develop new strategies for creator acquisition and engagement
- Experiment with new product surfaces and user experiences
- Move quickly from hypothesis to prototype to production
- Make independent decisions with limited direction
- Balance quantitative data with product intuition and direct user understanding
- Help establish scalable growth systems and processes
- Report directly to senior leadership and operate with significant ownership
- Contribute to the broader product strategy of a rapidly growing consumer AI platform
- 2–4 years of experience in product growth, ideally with a background in engineering, product management, design, or a similar technical discipline
- Experience working on consumer-facing products or platforms
- Experience at name-brand consumer technology companies, high-growth startups, or similarly high-performing environments
- Experience owning growth initiatives or product experiments end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and independently drive execution
- Experience working with product, engineering, design, and data teams
- Experience using data to inform product and growth decisions
