Job Description

As part of Enterprise Threat and Intelligence Management, the Information Security Strategy team is responsible for providing the information security program objectives and strategy direction to each of the information security functional areas. The Information Security Strategy team will develop mission and vision for the future of information security under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In this role, the consultant for Information Security Strategy will manage the information security programs across all technology platforms and business environments.

• Promote a risk‑aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
• Responsible for driving various work streams and timelines that will deliver a more accountable and effective framework for Information Security Strategy related processes.
• Driving innovative solutions across multiple teams within ETIM.
• Serve as a liaison for all areas of the DFS enterprise for the gathering and analyzing information related to projects, including the design of internal controls and related reporting requirements.
• Manage the design, development, and reporting of internal controls and other risk‑related metrics.
• Manage typical project‑related tasks, including the coordination of testing activities with developers, testers and business partners.
• Strong decision‑making capabilities, with a call‑to‑action focus.

• 3–5 years of experience.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other formal and informal communications to internal business partners and direct management.
• Ability to work extremely well under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach.
• Ability to perform independent analysis of complex problems and distill relevant findings.
• Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
