Principal, Venture Capital; AI & Tech & Life Sciences

Olive Asset Management is looking for a Principal in Venture Capital to join their Palo Alto team. This role involves sourcing and executing investments in AI, Tech, and Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in venture capital and a strong network in the industry. You’ll be instrumental in identifying the next big companies and supporting them as they grow.

• Identify and access high-quality investment opportunities in AI, Tech, and Biotech sectors.
• Develop deep-dive investment theses on emerging trends.
• Lead the end-to-end investment process, including due diligence and financial modeling.
• Negotiate term sheets and support portfolio companies with strategic guidance.

• 7-10+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or strategic investment.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. Tech/AI landscape or Biotech/Innovative Drug development cycle.
• A robust professional network in Silicon Valley and major U.S. innovation hubs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant technical or financial field.
