Machine Learning Researcher

We are a small lab working on a problem we won’t name here. It sits at the seam between what models compute and what we can make them mean. If it’s your problem, you’ll know within a sentence of us telling you.

We’re looking for researchers who have lived in one or more of these:

• Activation‑level steering
• Symbolic–neural blended systems
• Alignment Enforcement

You should have published. We care less about venue than about whether the work was true, whether you saw something real and made it legible to others.

You are comfortable in the arcane corners, suspicious of tidy explanations, and happiest when the result is strange enough that no one else would have looked there.
