We are seeking a seasoned Investment Professional (Principal/Director level) to join our Palo Alto team. You will be a key player in identifying the next generation of category-defining companies through deep research, strategic sourcing, and rigorous execution.

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and access high-quality investment opportunities in AI, Tech, and Biotech sectors.
• Thematic Research: Develop deep-dive investment theses on emerging trends.
• Execution: Lead the end-to-end investment process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and term sheet negotiation.
• Portfolio Support: Partner with founders to provide strategic guidance and ecosystem connections.

• 7-10+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or strategic investment.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Tech/AI landscape OR the Biotech/Innovative Drug development cycle.
• A robust professional network in Silicon Valley and major U.S. innovation hubs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant technical or financial field.
