LVMH Beauty Infrastructure Coordinator

• Monitor and administer on-premises servers (Windows) and Network equipments; triage alerts within SLA.
• Own monthly patching cycles and quarterly firmware updates; document all changes in the change log.
• Maintain server hardware, rack diagrams, and asset records; participate in quarterly DR exercises.

Network & Connectivity

• Monitor LAN/WAN performance; manage switch/router configurations, VLANs, IPAM, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer firewalls (Palo Alto) and VPNs (site-to-site and remote access); enforce MFA on all VPN sessions.
• Oversee corporate wireless (Meraki) including SSIDs, guest segmentation, and AP placement.
• Manage Azure resource per tagging and naming policies.
• Enforce cloud security baselines; conduct monthly hygiene reviews for orphaned resources and tagging compliance.

Security Operations

• Maintain endpoint security baselines via Intune/GPO; audit compliance monthly.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ; provision accounts same day, deactivate.
• Manage RBAC and quarterly access reviews; administer MFA platform for all users.
• Identify recurring incidents and drive root cause analysis.
• Manage vendor tickets, IT asset records, and hardware procurement.

• Strong written/verbal communication in English; able to document technically and brief non-technical stakeholders
• 2~4 years’ experience in IT support, with a focus on server and infrastructure administration and support.
• Solid experience in Windows Server, AD administration, GPO, scripting, and O365 support.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure, protocols and support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Enterprise networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs; experience with Cisco or Meraki.
• IT security fundamentals: patch management, endpoint protection, IAM/RBAC, MFA.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in Air Watch, Workspace One, Meraki, Tanium, OKTA, Sentinel One is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
