Our client, a leading provider of technical support and maintenance services, is seeking a Onsite Technical Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Technical Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the onsite service team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 28.00
What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
- Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard protocols.
- Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, and ensure availability at customer sites.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related work experience in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
