Who You Are- Preparing and prosecuting patent and plant variety applications
- Contributing to prosecution strategy
- Providing technical and legal research and analysis relevant to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Providing technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings
- Ph.D. in plant biology or a closely related field
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills, with top academic credentials essential
- USPTO registration not required

Salary ranges:
Boston, MA;
San Francisco, CA; and Palo Alto, CA – $105,000 to $135,000.
