Associate, Litigation; Copyright​/Trademark

This role offers the opportunity to handle complex copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and commercial litigation matters for sophisticated clients. Associates will take on significant responsibility across case strategy, drafting, research, and appearances before key administrative and regulatory bodies.

• Manage and litigate copyright and trademark cases, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
• Research and analyze legal issues to support case strategies and outcomes.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Stay updated on evolving copyright and trademark laws and regulations.
• Work closely with a team of legal professionals to achieve successful case outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong expertise in copyright and trademark law within the professional services industry.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proven track record of managing complex litigation cases effectively.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year.
