We are seeking an Executive Compensation Associate to join our Silicon Valley (San Francisco), or Boston office.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in executive compensation law, tax law, securities law, or corporate law, and a demonstrable interest in the executive compensation field.
- Work on eclectic executive compensation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public company offerings and reporting obligations, and general advising and counseling.
- Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Admission in jurisdiction of application is required.

- Anticipated salary range: $225,000 – $260,000, subject to qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
- Discretionary bonus for eligible employees may be available based on performance.
