We are representing a busy family of 4 who recently relocated from Malibu to Palo Alto and are seeking an exceptional, highly organized, and professional housekeeper to manage the daily cleaning and household upkeep of their new home. The family values communication, trust, and a calm, professional demeanor.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a pristine, welcoming home environment.

• Residence: 5,500 sq. ft., 2-level home.

• Household Size: 4 people (Two parents and two children, ages 4 and
  6).

• Pets: One adult Labrador.

• Current Situation: They currently utilize a weekly service (8 AM - 2 PM) but are looking to transition to one dedicated housekeeper. The mother is primarily a stay-at-home parent.

The primary focus is deep cleaning, organization, and daily upkeep, including:

• General Cleaning: Mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining all surfaces (hardwood floors, carpets, and stone countertops).

• Kitchen Management: Daily cleaning and organization of the kitchen area.

• Post-Morning Clean-up: Quickly tidying and organizing living areas after the "morning frenzy."

• Laundry: Managing family laundry using our LG washer/dryer. (Linen ironing/laundering is sent out).

• Waste Management: Taking out trash and recyclables.

• Pet Care Assistance:

• Equipment & Supplies: Family provide all necessary high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
