• Perform California smog inspections and smog‑related repairs in compliance with BAR and state regulations.
• Diagnose and repair check engine lights, emissions systems, and drivability concerns.
• Complete repairs accurately the first time, protecting guest trust and vehicle safety.
• Document inspections, findings, and repairs clearly and consistently.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure transparent communication and smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with Audi standards.

• Consistent workflow with steady RO volume.
• OEM diagnostic tools, updated equipment, and documented SOPs.
• Strong parts processes to reduce delays.
• Leadership that values quality, compliance, and follow‑through.
• A culture that respects your time, your craft, and your professionalism.

• Active California Smog Technician License (Inspection and/or Repair).
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially related to emissions and engine performance.
• Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience (Audi or European brand experience a plus).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A quality‑first mindset, attention to detail, and integrity in your work.

• Aggressive flat‑rate pay based on experience and licensing with progressive pay plans: as your tenure increases and you complete more certifications, we’ll pay you more.
