We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Robot Operator / Commercial Cleaner to support evening cleaning operations across multiple commercial buildings in the Peninsula, primarily in Palo Alto. This role combines hands‑on janitorial work with the operation of autonomous cleaning robots and smart cleaning tools to deliver consistent, high‑quality results in modern office environments.

This position is ideal for experienced cleaners who are tech‑savvy, adaptable, and interested in working with new equipment and cleaning technologies.

• Operate, monitor, and safely store autonomous cleaning robots (floor scrubbers, vacuums, etc.)
• Perform commercial janitorial duties, including:
  • Floor care (hard floors and carpets)
  • Trash and recycling removal
  • Restroom and breakroom cleaning
  • Touchpoint and high‑traffic area sanitation
• Set up and break down robotic equipment at each site
• Perform basic daily checks on robots and smart tools (charging, visual inspections)
• Report equipment issues, supply needs, or site concerns to supervisors
• Follow all site‑specific cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and schedules
• Travel between assigned client sites during scheduled evening shifts
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior in client facilities

• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using apps, tablets, and smart equipment
• Willingness to learn and operate new robotic and cleaning technology
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple Peninsula sites
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good professional references required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs

• Paid training on robotic equipment and site‑specific protocols
• Ongoing operational and technical support
