** Pay:**  $35/hour

** Duration:
** 1-year assignment with potential extension

Adecco Healthcare & Lifesciences is currently looking to hire a  
** Utility Worker
** with at least  
** 2 years of maintenance experience
** to assist with building maintenance, repairs, and utility systems. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, repairing building interiors, maintaining inventory, handling work orders, and safely managing hazardous materials.

** Requirements:*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ 2+ years of related maintenance experience

+ Experience using hand tools and a multimeter

+ Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics

+ Comfortable using an iPad for email, calendars, and work orders (training provided)

** Preferred:*
* + HVAC filter replacement experience

+ Minor plumbing experience

This is an onsite position in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for extension.

** Pay Details:**  $35.00 per hour
