As the Director of Engineering
, you will lead hotel maintenance operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through operational excellence, preventative maintenance, and team leadership. • 4+ years of hotel or commercial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Chief Engineer or comparable leadership role
• 4+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, preventative maintenance, and facility operations

• Oversee daily hotel maintenance operations to support guest satisfaction and brand standards
• Lead, schedule, and develop the engineering and maintenance team
• Manage preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms, public spaces, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and facility issues with urgency and professionalism
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and inspectors for repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and hospitality property standards
• Monitor maintenance budgets, project quotes, and facility upgrades
