Job TitleAssociate Director, Growth Marketing
OverviewAs Associate Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead paid‑search and other digital growth channels to drive high‑double‑digit customer acquisition and profitability. You will own the Google portfolio – Search Demand Gen UAC and You Tube – and later expand to new channels as the business scales.
Responsibilities- Phase 1 – Hands‑On Optimization (12–30 months)
- Lead end‑to‑end channel performance: strategy, execution, analysis, optimization.
- Analyze campaign metrics, identify trends, and react quickly to performance deviations.
- Design and conduct experiments, deliver data‑driven insights to improve ROAS.
- Allocate and manage budget for each campaign to maximize return on ad spend.
- Phase 2 – Scaling & Leadership (upon delivery of proven strategies)
- Develop a full‑funnel marketing roadmap for long‑term exponential growth.
- Drive new channel expansion with rigorous experimentation.
- Build and manage a high‑potential junior marketing team.
- Minimum 3 years of digital performance‑marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning paid search and Google channels.
- Strong analytical skills with full‑funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and storytelling through data.
- Experience in strategic consulting (ideally MBB) and ability to structure complex problems.
- Proven ability to design and execute end‑to‑end experiments: hypothesis, metrics, testing, scaling.
- Deep technical knowledge of the paid‑growth ecosystem and capability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong ownership mentality; you are not satisfied with “good enough.”
- 2 years of strategic consulting experience preferred (MBB or equivalent).
