Provides specialized nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units, requiring close monitoring and interventions.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities.
• Administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assess and document patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and use technical tools effectively.
