Clinical Nurse, Solid Tumor Cellular Therapy Program, Cutaneous Onc​/Melanoma

• Provides hands-on care to patients within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act
• Performs all steps of the nursing process, including assessing patients
• Interprets data, plans, implements, and evaluates care
• Partners with the patient's family for family centered care
• Monitors the quality of nursing care provided
• Contributes to the profession of nursing through activities such as teaching others

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• California Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Two years of oncology experience preferred
• Two years of BMT-CT experience preferred
• One year of ambulatory experience preferred
• Coordination of care experience preferred
• Able to communicate effectively in English

Demonstrates expertise in patient care within the California Nursing Practice Act, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while effectively communicating with patients and families. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a California Registered Nurse license, with a focus on oncology and BMT-CT experience.
