RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA license
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in outpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Skills & Qualifications
- Chemo certification
- Nurse navigation experience
- Case management experience
- Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
- Assess and interpret patient data to develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate interventions
- Provide education to patients and families on self-care and illness prevention
