Required qualifications
- Current California RN license
- BSN required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level IV NICU
- This is the major specialty requirement.
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current AAP NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Proficiency with clinical equipment, computers, and technology used in the nursing practice setting.
The nurse must have substantial Level IV NICU experience and be able to manage complex neonatal patients.

- 3 × 12-hour shifts
36 guaranteed hours/week
