Palo Alto Real Estate Associate (2–4 years) | Tech and life sciences platform
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a real estate associate to its Palo Alto team. This group sits close to the deal flow for technology and life sciences companies, from early stage through mature, global operations.
Role summaryYou will support a busy transactional practice handling:
- Commercial and biotech-focused leasing (including complex facility leases)
- Purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Real estate financings and related diligence and documentation
- 2–4 years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting
- Meaningful reps on leasing and purchase and sale work
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Smaller, collaborative team structure with hands‑on training and real responsibility early
- Direct client contact and repeat work for companies that scale quickly and keep changing their footprint
- A firm with sustained market traction in the technology and life sciences ecosystem, consistently recognized across Chambers and Vault rankings
- Base salary: $235,000–$310,000 (based on year classification)
- Discretionary merit bonus eligibility
