Shift Supervisor– Role Overview
As a Shift Supervisor you keep the heartbeat of our store alive. Your focus is on smooth operations, strong delegation, and team support, ensuring the store runs like a well‑oiled machine and that our juicers grow and shine.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations – Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed with precision, observe store traffic, assign tasks, and deliver timely feedback to keep the team focused and energized.
- Cleanliness & Standards – Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our task‑monitoring system, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and report and document any issues promptly.
- Team Training – Support new juicers through our global training mantra:
Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation, building a confident and capable crew. - Guest Experience – Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle in‑store feedback with a professional, guest‑first approach.
- Sales Focus – Keep an eye on commercial targets throughout the shift, manage deliveries and accurate reporting, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a team‑first mindset.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs.
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
