As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, lots, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.

+ Control access at entrances and gates by verifying identification, authorizations, and deliveries, and directing visitors, contractors, and drivers according to site procedures.

+ Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate with site contacts and public emergency services as needed.

+ Complete timely reports and logs, including patrol observations, incident details, and access activity, and communicate noteworthy information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

* + Have 1+ years of Security Experience.

+ Being Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

+ Guard Card/License is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
