Job RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 10+ years in private protection, protective details, close protection, military, law enforcement, or a related protection role.
Required Licenses & Certifications- BSIS Guard Card
- BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
- BSIS Appropriate Use of Force Certification
- BSIS Powers to Arrest Certification
- First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification (for Adults, Children, & Infants)
- Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW | LEOSA | HR218)

- Provide discreet and professional close protection for high‑level executives, safeguarding their safety, privacy, and daily operations both on and off corporate premises.
- Conduct advanced security planning, including venue assessments, travel route analysis, and threat/risk evaluations.
- Oversee access control to executive offices, meeting areas, and corporate events, verifying credentials and maintaining confidentiality.
- Support secure transportation operations by ensuring vehicle readiness, monitoring routes in real time, and coordinating contingency plans.
- Maintain situational awareness through surveillance systems, physical presence, and communication with the broader security team.
- Respond swiftly to security incidents, medical emergencies, or suspicious activities, prioritizing executive safety.
- Prepare accurate and discreet security reports documenting incidents and actions taken.
- Collaborate with executive assistants, corporate staff, and law enforcement agencies to integrate security measures into the CEO’s schedule.
- High level of physical fitness and stamina.
