Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is responsible for protecting store assets and ensuring safe, efficient store operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role partners with store leadership and senior security to deter theft, manage incidents, and maintain security systems and procedures. The officer also supports opening and closing, back-of-house operations, and facilities coordination to enable sales and service.

• Provide security and operations support to protect assets and drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Implement incident management procedures and maintain required security documentation and reports.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with facilities repairs, back-of-house operations, and deliver a positive client experience on the sales floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desired:
  Prior retail or security experience; 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
