Courtesy Patrol Officer (Standing Guard) — HIRING URGENTLYMore Well Protection Group is urgently hiring Courtesy Patrol Officers to support our expanding security operations. These positions provide on‑site standing guard coverage, customer service support, and a visible patrol presence to ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Courtesy Patrol Officers serve as the face of More Well at our client properties — maintaining high visibility, assisting community members, and responding promptly and professionally to safety concerns. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in customer service, communication, and maintaining a secure environment.

Open ShiftsWe are hiring for multiple full‑time Courtesy Patrol Officers, each assigned to one fixed schedule.
Overnight Shifts- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM — Tuesday–Saturday
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM — Sunday–Thursday
- 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM — Monday–Friday
- 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM — Sunday–Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — Sunday–Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — Wednesday–Saturday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — Tuesday–Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Sunday–Thursday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM — Sunday–Thursday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM — Tuesday–Saturday
- 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM — Sunday–Thursday
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM — Tuesday–Saturday

- Provide a visible, professional security presence through standing guard and courtesy patrols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor property activity and report safety concerns, hazards, or unusual behavior.
- Support access control procedures and enforce site rules when necessary.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or requests for assistance.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident notes, and shift documentation.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, and fellow officers.
- Uphold More Well’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Active BSIS Guard Card — required (no exceptions).
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and conduct regular patrols.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
- Experience in security, patrol, or customer‑facing roles preferred but not required.
