Job DetailsAbout Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce’s core values at the heart of it all.
AboutAgentforce
Agentforce is a complete AI system that enables enterprises to build and deploy autonomous AI agents that work alongside employees across any company business function. Unlike chatbots and copilots that require constant human engagement, Agentforce agents use advanced reasoning to make decisions and take action independently – resolving customer cases, qualifying leads, optimizing campaigns, and handling complex workflows around the clock.
Built on the trusted Salesforce platform, Agentforce doesn’t just converse; it reasons, plans, and takes action. By grounding AI in the metadata and context of our Data Cloud, Agentforce delivers personalized experiences at scale and empowers humans to focus on high‑value work, redefining what is possible in the enterprise.
The RoleAs a Lead UX Designer for Agentforce, you will be a key contributor shaping how agents connect with the people who matter most. You will collaborate with design and technical leaders to define how autonomous agents operate effectively and transparently within organizational contexts. Your work will include goal‑based agents that operate across multiple surfaces—within Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms—powering repeatable workflows in sales, service, and beyond.
You’ll design for a platform by focusing on selected use cases and then scaling those patterns and behaviors to address diverse customer goals and contexts.
You’ll work by making and using prototypes to explore possibilities, validate assumptions, and chart the path toward coherent, scalable agent experiences. Your contributions will help ensure agent behaviors and interactions scale across clouds, surfaces, and customer workflows, creating experiences that feel reliable, intentional, and valuable wherever they appear. At the center of this work are the people using these tools every day, and their needs, workflows, and goals are what ground every decision.
WhatYou’ll Do Define agent conversation and interaction patterns
Shape the language, logic, and structure of how autonomous agents communicate with humans and each other across the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll define the conversational frameworks, response patterns, and dialogue flows that span text and voice interactions, becoming the behavioral foundation for enterprise AI experiences that feel coherent, purposeful, and trustworthy at every touchpoint.
Design for scale and coherenceCraft interaction models and patterns that work across Salesforce, Slack, and the entire platform. You’ll solve for consistency and intentionality in systems that serve millions of users across diverse workflows.
Prototype to learn and validateUse tools from Figma to AI‑driven environments to rapidly bring ideas to life, test assumptions, and chart the path forward. Your prototypes will demonstrate what’s possible and align teams around a shared vision.
Build the future through vision and collaborationGuide teams from uncertainty to a shared north star through strong vision setting, storytelling, and principled design decisions. Partner with conversation designers, content designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create cohesive agent experiences, bringing diverse perspectives together around a common goal.
Elevate the team and the craftMentor designers, share knowledge, and contribute to a rich collaborative design culture. Your impact will be measured by how well the experiences you create meet and exceed customer needs.
