We need an engineer who can lead — not just do the work.

We are hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer for a full-time job. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are eager to build scalable systems and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You will contribute to the development of our platform by working across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver high-quality features and improve system performance.

• Build and ship full-stack web apps end-to-end — wielding cutting-edge AI agents and modern infra to go from architecture to production fast, owning features the whole way
• Craft front-ends people enjoy using and back-ends that scale — APIs, data pipelines, and LLM/agent integrations that just work
• Ship clean, well-tested code at speed — orchestrating AI agents to write and debug, then profiling and optimizing for real-world load
• Partner across product, design, and engineering to ship what matters, and push the team toward AI-native workflows through sharp code reviews

• 0–3 years building for the web — a CS or engineering degree, or equivalent chops from side projects, open source, or a bootcamp. We care that you can build, not where you learned it
• Comfortable on the back end too — Python, Node, or similar, with solid API instincts (cloud experience a plus)
• A sharp, fast-learning problem-solver and clear communicator — bonus points if you're already building with AI tools and hungry to go deeper
