Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plan and sales plan
• Develop and manage sales & marketing budgets
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including online, print and electronic media
• Create marketing programs to generate excitement and engage users

• B.E (ECE/CSE) or MCA from a reputed college
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Independent, proactive and willing to work without much management direction
• Strong Microsoft Technologies experience (Automation tools like WatiN with C#, Selenium with Python and C#, QTP, Win Runner, Load Runner, VSTS performance, VSTO, coded UI, Manual Testing, Visual Studio)
• Strong Version control skills (TFS/GIT/SVN)
• Extensive experience in the full life cycle of the software design process including requirement analysis, design, prototyping, documentation
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new environments and to continuously learn and apply new technologies
• Has excellent analytical and team working skills, great attention to detail and persistence at improving things until they are set right
• Unit testing, Integration testing, System testing, and Acceptance testing
• Static and Dynamic testing
• The box approach:
  White-box, Black-box, Grey-box
• Functional and non-functional testing
• Software performance testing
• Working experience in SCRUM (Agile) development process
• Build & continuous integration tools like (Cruise control, Jenkins, damagecontrol, etc.)

• Experience of Microsoft Outlook software extensions/plug-in
• Testing Experience on Desktop applications
• Any Scripting languages (Power Shell, Perl, Python)
• Security testing

• Demonstrated engineering and technical product delivery experience
• Demonstrated ability in shipping successful products
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience working in software product development companies with significant experience in architecture design, hands on coding and implementation
• Very conversant in both .NET and Java technologies and ability to provide architectural solutions on both platforms, own the solutions and the application architecture in its entirety
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
• Very adept at designing system architecture using technology-agnostic approaches
• Very well versed in Microsoft technologies (.NET 4.0, ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, XML, SQL Server, Web Services, MVC, WPF)
• Can creatively and independently find solutions to technical problems in a cost-effective, timely manner
• Knowledge in desktop-based, web-based system architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
• Experience with JQuery, JavaScript and similar technologies
• Strong Knowledge of software implementation best practices
• Minimum 4-7 years progressive experience working in software product development companies with significant experience in architecture design, hands on coding and implementation
• Experience in cross-browser extension development using Crossrider or Kango or any other extension development framework
• Progressive experience in Windows-Web-Mobile application development
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, JQuery
• Experience in developing Mobile applications using cross platform development SDK like Appcelerator Titanium, Phone Gap, Sencha Touch, jQuery Mobile, Titanium Module Development, X-Code, Android, NodeJS
• Experience using Google APIs for plugin development
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as necessary
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Experience in implementing and executing software development projects in Agile methodology with Automation frameworks
• Deep knowledge of source control management like GIT, SVN, TFS
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) project methodologies & an eye for automating manual and repeated jobs
• Experience and exposure to search algorithms will be an added advantage
• Good to have any certifications for mobile application development
