Role Description

We are hiring aFounding Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time jobin leading the design and development of our core platform.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end system architecture, drive technical decisions, and build scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with leadership, product, and data teams to translate complex requirements into robust engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack systems
Architect and build high-performance frontend and backend services
Own critical components of the platform, ensuring reliability and scalability
Optimizesystem performance, latency, and cost efficiency
Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and review processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and AI teams
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
Drive technical roadmap and contribute to long-term platform strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master'sdegree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strongproficiencyin modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
Deep experience with back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar)
Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and database design
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern Dev Ops practices
Proven ability to debug,optimize, and scale production systems
Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
