NEW Forward Deployed Engineer Opportunity in Silicon Valley

Location:

Silicon Valley. Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality, tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to translate customer requirements into functional product features.
• Leverage expertise in AI and technology to create innovative solutions that address client needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the tech industry and legal regulations to ensure solutions are compliant and cutting‑edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
• Provide technical training and support to clients, helping them understand and utilize solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new technology solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
• Proven experience in customer solutions, AI, and technology.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the latest developments in the tech industry.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
