Job Overview

Salesforce is looking for a Product Manager to lead AI agents and enterprise search capabilities within Salesforce Data 360. The role requires a technical, builder‑oriented PM who quickly prototypes ideas and experiments with AI systems, working across engineering, design and AI research teams.

• Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI Agents to validate product ideas before scaling them with engineering.
• Translate customer needs and industry trends into clear product hypotheses and platform capabilities.
• Define clear epics and requirements that enable teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Partner across engineering, design, research, and multiple Salesforce clouds to drive cross‑platform initiatives.

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical fluency across AI Agents and Search Systems.
• Ability to prototype ideas and experiment with AI tools.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑team initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering high‑impact product capabilities at scale.

Competitive compensation ranges from $148,500 to $223,900 annually (or $178,900 to $246,000 in the SF/NY metro areas). Benefits include time off, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
