Sycamore’s Applied AI Engineers are our forward-deployed engineering team. You’ll be embedded directly with enterprise customers, understanding their problems, building solutions on the Sycamore platform, and feeding learnings back to make the product better for everyone.
What you’ll work on- Trust architectures, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination – the foundational layer that makes AI agents work in production.
- Shaping the product and the culture as every engineer has high ownership with no layers of process between you and the work that matters.
