AI Engineer (Applied/Software), Software Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for inference and training infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, including new model architectures, hardware optimizations, and open‑source developments.
- Balance qualitative insights (partner feedback, community discussions) with quantitative metrics (benchmarks, system performance) to inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams, participating in design reviews and technical discussions to evaluate trade‑offs.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear user stories, product requirements, and actionable deliverables.
- Act as a trusted partner to engineering teams, removing blockers by clarifying requirements and managing scope.
- Serve as the main point of contact for early adopters and partners, gathering feedback to guide product iterations.
- Support Go‑to‑Market initiatives, including creating technical content (blogs, documentation, social assets) and engaging with developer communities.
- Use data and user research to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product launches.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (Engineering, Solutions Architecture) in a software company.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML infrastructure; comfortable discussing system architecture and reading technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on coding skills (Python, C++ etc); experience contributing to open‑source communities.
- Experience creating content for developer audiences (blogs, social media) or organizing tech events/hackathons.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive product decisions.
- Experience conducting user research and interviews to uncover user pain points.
- B2B or developer‑facing product experience.
