Firmware Engineer

We are seeking a Firmware Engineer with strong expertise in Embedded C, RTOS, and peripheral interfacing for MCU-based systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in firmware development, board bring-up, peripheral integration, and debugging of embedded hardware platforms. Candidates with experience in RTOS-based development are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain firmware using Embedded

C.
Develop software for MCU-based embedded systems.
Interface and configure peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, GPIO, ADC, PWM, etc.
Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, and firmware debugging.
Develop and optimize RTOS-based applications and device functionality.
Work closely with hardware, validation, and systems engineering teams.
Troubleshoot system-level issues and improve firmware reliability and performance.

Required Skills

4-8 years of Firmware/Embedded Software Development experience.
Strong proficiency in Embedded

C.
Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, VxWorks, Zephyr, etc.).
Strong experience with Peripheral Interfacing (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, GPIO).
Experience in firmware debugging and system integration.
Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded hardware architectures.
