23andMe Research Institute is seeking a software engineer to build agentic AI systems that generate personalized health and ancestry insights. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you'll work within our hybrid Engineering team to product ionize AI capabilities.
You will design RAG pipelines, ground model outputs in real genetic data, implement robust testing, and own CI/CD workflows. Bring Python, PyTorch, Terraform, Docker, and experience with AWS to scale health-focused AI responsibly.
