We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to serve as a technical leader within our Salesforce practice, driving the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Sales Cloud solutions. This role combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with architectural vision — you'll be responsible for shaping how our Salesforce ecosystem evolves, mentoring fellow developers, and translating complex business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions across CPQ, Billing, Partner Portal, and Lead Management domains.
The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on builder and a strategic thinker — someone who can architect enterprise‑grade solutions while also rolling up their sleeves to write clean, well‑tested Apex and Lightning code.
- Design scalable, high-performing Salesforce Sales Cloud architectures that align with platform best practices and evolving business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of core Sales Cloud capabilities, including CPQ, Billing, Partner Portal, and Lead Management.
- Serve as the technical authority for the Salesforce development team — reviewing, critiquing, and approving technical designs, code, and configuration changes before deployment.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth, code quality, and consistent adherence to platform standards
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements, ensuring proposed solutions genuinely solve business problems.
- Translate ambiguous or high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Guide and oversee development of custom Salesforce applications — including custom objects, automation (flows, triggers), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.
- Ensure development work follows enterprise design patterns, is well-tested, and is built for scale and reusability.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data across the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement data migration strategies for large-scale or complex data movements.
- Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and performant data exchange.
- Define, document, and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, and governance processes across the team.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure efficient use of platform resources and adherence to governor limits.
- Stay current on new Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to modernize and enhance existing solutions, proposing innovative approaches that improve business processes and platform capability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years architecting and designing full-stack solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
- 4+ years hands‑on experience architecting, designing, and developing Salesforce CPQ (Steel Brick) and Billing solutions.
- 4+ years of…
