Amazon Alexa for Shopping (Rufus) Experience Science Team Scientist

The Rufus Experience Science team is seeking a highly motivated scientist who is passionate about building next-generation agentic shopping experiences. In this role, you will be developing agentic language models to unlock new shopping experiences. Prior experiences with LLM post-training techniques, reinforcement learning (RL) training, and business specific RL gym creation is preferred. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver these experiences across multiple Rufus customer-facing features.
