We're hiring a Frontend Engineer to build mission-critical web applications that empower government and defense organizations to make better data-driven decisions. You'll architect and develop sophisticated, high-impact interfaces that are used daily in command centers and operational settings worldwide.
This is full-stack frontend work: you'll own the complete product lifecycle, from user research and design to implementation and shipping—solving complex technical and UX challenges that matter.
What you'll do:- Build high-scale, collaborative geospatial workflows and mapping interfaces

- Talk to users to understand operational needs and identify product gaps; iterate rapidly based on feedback
- Work across multiple domains: type theory, operational transforms, 2D/3D mapping, UI design systems, high-scale graphics rendering, and performance optimization
Required
- 2-5 years professional frontend or full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience building high-quality software in fast-paced CI/CD environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work optimally with technical and non-technical teams
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance
- Experience with geospatial or mapping applications
- Background in 2D/3D visualization or graphics rendering
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with real-time collaborative tools
- Passion for UX and making complex workflows accessible
- Continuous learning mindset; comfortable picking up new technologies and concepts
- Independent problem-solving with minimal supervision
You'll work on applications used by defense and government organizations to conduct core operations. This is high-impact frontend engineering where your work directly enables mission success.
