MRI Technologist – Imaging Full Time Nights

Shift & HoursFull‑time, 80 hours per pay period on a night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) with alternating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities- Perform high‑quality MRI testing per department policies and procedures.
- Obtain accurate patient screening and consent per department policies and procedures.
- Perform and maintain all quality monitors per department policy and procedure.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient, including pediatric, geriatric and general population.
- Follow all patient safety policies and procedures (including Safe MRI environment, patient monitoring, risk to fall, pregnancy verification, GFR assessment, patient identification).
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, organized and professional in stressful situations.
- Takes MRI call according to the schedule. Responds in an appropriate time frame when called in.
- Assist with new staff, intern orientation and training as requested.
- Registered ARRT w/MRI certification or ARMRIT.
- CPR – Basic Life Support.
- Physical demands: lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull force up to 50 pounds.
- Bachelor of Science Degree.
- Two years of MRI experience.
- One year of Rad Tech experience.
