• Current CNA or HHA
• Can commute to South Suburban and Chicago areas
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heart for seniors

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide conversation and companionship
• Assist with personal care: dressing, bathing, toileting
• Prepare meals and reminder medication
• Help with morning or night routine
• Ambulation and transportation to appointments

Benefits:

• $500 sign-on bonus after 3 months averaging 25 hours a week
• $100 referral bonus for new hires
• Starting rate $13.00–$16.00 per hour

Hours: Dependent on assignment; shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly.

Compensation: $13.00–$15.00 per hour.
