As our Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our agency. You’ll build genuine relationships with customers, listen with empathy, and provide reassuring support for their insurance needs. Your expertise will help customers understand their coverage options and feel confident in their choices.

• Deliver approachable, warm, and proactive service to every customer
• Communicate clearly and compassionately, both in person and over the phone
• Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
• Collaborate with our producer and agency owner to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Celebrate customer milestones and help restore their dreams when life takes an unexpected turn

• Prior experience with American Family Insurance or other insurance agencies preferred
• Strong empathy, active listening, and communication skills
• Insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life/Health) are a plus and will increase salary
• Desire to work in-office and be part of a close-knit team
