Marketing Coordinator; Hybrid

Overview

Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid) role at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC / United Health Insure, A Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services.

Position located in Palos Heights, IL. This is a full-time, hybrid role with occasional in-office collaboration and community events.

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities, including direct mail and social media campaigns.
• Represent the company at community events and lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with newspapers, magazines, and senior-focused organizations.
• Coordinate, organize, and attend local events to promote brand visibility.
• Support client appointments and outreach efforts during open enrollment periods.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of marketing or communications experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with community groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).

Pay Range: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour depending on experience
