Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Independence Plus

Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions available in our Expanding Home Nursing Division. We offer a full benefits package, PTO, medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Salary is negotiable based on experience and patient complexity.

You will provide specialized home nursing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients, many with rare diagnoses. You will learn ventilator skills and receive paid Clinical and Ventilator Training after your first independent shift and when you schedule an additional two shifts.

• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses
