The salary range for this position is $34.50 - $55.20 (Hourly Rate). Placement within the salary range is dependent on relevant work experience, internal equity, and, when applicable, collective bargaining agreement rules.

Hours8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. with rotating every third Saturday from 6:30 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m.
- 5 years of relevant nursing experience
- Experience with moderate sedation and different modalities of cardiac diagnostic stress testing
- Comfortable with IV starts
- Assess and record patient status and identify care needs upon admission or point of care entry.
- Organize assessment health data so that it is accurate, complete, and accessible.
- Identify problems that need immediate attention.
- Validate diagnoses with patient/family and other health care team members.
- Document diagnoses in a manner that facilitates the determination of expected outcomes and plan of care.
- Initiate problem list at the time of admission and update as needed; incorporate age‑specific care principles into the patient’s plan of care.
- Document that the patient’s individualized plan of care has been discussed with and agreed upon by the patient/family.
- Begin discharge plans at time of admission; consult with patient/family and health care team members regarding the discharge plan.
- Identify patient teaching needs on admission and throughout the hospital stay.
- Arrange conferences with patient and/or family and other members of the health team when indicated to plan care.
- Prioritize and organize nursing interventions that are evidence based and reflective of established standards of care.
- Provide individualized, mutually agreeable patient and family education that is founded on evidence‑based practice and research guidelines.
