• Assist in implementation of Individual Service Plans and program activities
• Assist individuals with personal care needs
• Transport participants safely to and from services utilizing agency vehicles

It s fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives. To help our participants, you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management, communication techniques and assistive technology.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• DSP certification is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for nurse s aide registry and must possess
• Maintain a valid driver s license with clear driving record.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm plus driving

Wages: Competitive pay range of $19.75 - 20.20/hr for hours worked.
