OVERVIEW Moraine Valley Community College is seeking an International Student Services Specialist to support international students through enrollment, orientation, advising, and student engagement services. Reporting to the Director of International Student Affairs, this role focuses on assisting students with immigration-related processes, administrative services, and campus integration activities. The position also supports compliance efforts and helps coordinate programs that contribute to the international student experience.

• Assist in providing administrative services for international students
• Conduct activities necessary for enrollment, orientation, advising, and socialization for international students
• Provide advising on visa and immigration regulations
• Coordinate international student insurance and tuition policies
• Assist with orientation programs for international students
• Develop cultural and social activities for international students
• Maintain compliance records for U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service regulations
• Support admissions inquiries related to international students
• Assist with housing services for international students

• Ability to support administrative services related to international student programs
• Experience or knowledge related to advising and immigration regulations
